ethics of editing: what would you do?

If you saw the following in one of your shots, do you photoshop it out to save someone a bit of embarrassment?
Or does 'fixing it' cross the line of photojournalistic style?

(personally I edit. Just curious what others do.)

I just posted pictures from an event at The Mint this past Saturday night. Rick Allen of Def Leppard and his wife Lauren Monroe performed with their amazing band. And Vivian Campbell of Def Leppard opened with an acoustic set. Enjoy!

I have been asked to write a piece about how upcoming music photographers can break into the business and I would very much appreciate any comments you have regarding this.

Any thoughts/advice/tips/warnings would be great if you have the time.
