Photo District News Online reports that Blender Magazine is folding. It is yet another victim of the down-turn in ad revenue due to the current economic conditions.

FotoQuote Pro 6 Coming

As a user of FotoQuote Pro 5, I get periodic newsletters from the author at Cradoc Software. It has been some time since FotoQuote Pro was updated to include new pricing tables, new categories, new coaching, etc. I received the following newsletter recently and it got me excited to see what is in store for FotoQuote Pro 6.

In researching trying to find publicists for artists, I found this website http://www.contactanycelebrity.com. The advertise that they have Industry Contacts ie: managers, publicists etc.... for just about any artist, and if you don't see them on the list just email them and they will get it for you. Has anyone ever heard of them or use them? They charge $30/month or $300/year and give a 7-day trial for only $1. I would like to hear if anyone has used them and had success or is it just another scam?

On Friday 2-27-09 BENT BROTHER (which is TWISTED SISTER without the make up and costumes) stormed into The Crazy Donkey in Farmingdale, NY and http://rockstarpix.com/ was front and center to capture all the action! Twisted Sister is celebrating the 25th Anniversary of their STAY HUNGRY album. This June, TS will release a special version of the album, with 17 bonus tracks.
