Advice & website feedback

I could really use some advice.  I would like to know what I'm doing wrong. It seems that I'm getting turned down for alot of things lately, and it's getting really frustrating.  Is the problem my website? Is it the photos?   I've tried and tried to get on with local publications here, and have had absolutely no luck.  I'm had a few photopass requests that have recently been rejected. I had figured that it was because I'm freelance.

Note: I'm in the process of getting a dedicated domain and removing the 'wix' ad, so if you can just pretend that's already done. The wix ad really doesn't detract at all from the website... it's just a required nuance of having a free website.

I appreciate any and all comments or suggestions. This seems like a pretty cool site.

MPN Profile Fields

I just noticed that the account registration screen doesn't allow you to set the time zone for your profile. Make sure you log into the site and fill in your profile details. Set the proper time zone too so post times/dates display correctly for you based on your locale.
