Moonsorrow, Swallow The Sun & Debauchery in Vienna

this is one of the latest gigs I have been too where the lights were really good as well. for information, I am shooting with a Canon Eos 5D and some Canon lenses (I'll post the full equipment somewhere later). There was no photopit, so was kind of hard specially for Moonsorrow as there were many people going a bit mad in the front ;)

oke I know nr. 6 is a bit different, that band was using lots of fake blood and a saw those drops on the stage...

Hi,

A quick suggestion: could you add band names to the pictures? Believe it or not, not everybody is Finnish here ;D

About #5: which band is that? Doesn't seem to be either one of the mentioned. A guest performer, perhaps?

I like #4 most because of the composition, althogh the lighting falling on his face isn't the best in quality (sharp shadows, colors and so on)

hm 5 is Debauchery, I think they changed their whole line up again and they actually have 2 live lineups as they told me, so its always a bit hard to recognize them at the end
thanx for the feedback... yeah I know the shadows are a bit disturbing in that one, he was very hard to catch, always had his hands in front of the face and was way too shy to move a bit :( I think some musicians should get a guide of "how to be photogenic on stage" haha ;)

#6 is simply excellent! A very good cath, might be a lot of use in music media.

I like pose, composition and color contrast in #5.
#6 is nice as well.

no I wasnt but the stage in Salzburg is very low and in some situations its good to be tall ;)
