This was a sort of opening for the downstairs cafeteria with a small stage. Three punk bands, of which Turn The Tide was definitely most interesting.
I was shooting with the 16-35/2.8 at 16 mm, manual focus and f/9.0 (I set the focus at about 1 meter, and didn't think about it). Flash, of course.

Re: Turn The Tide @ Lutakko (downstairs)
Not too sure: They have their merits, are certainly different, but are a bittoo "disorderly" to my tastes...
Strobocopic flash?

No, I had an assistant ;) the shutter time I used was 3/10 sec, and there was another guy photographing near me, so we practically both shot everytime the singer came to that corner.

Of course very quality photos, but I think that the best one is the 1st.
Others are cool, but too surrealic, or distracted. They suggest that the musicians perfom something psychodelic.
First one look more solid and deliveer a strong impression.
