Skid Row // Liverpool

Photographed Skid Row when Sign were supporting them in Liverpool. Whatever anyone has to say about them musically, I have to say I enjoyed the gig immensely and found them to be one of the more interesting and fun bands to photograph.

A little small, but great captures.

Canon 20D, 350D, 35mm 1.4, 85mm 1.8, 430 EX and 580EX flash.

Oh, Nick, let's not go there about small with this poster! Some pretty boys, some missing shirts ... I can see what you would like about it! :-) I like #2.

I'm sorry!? [a] they'll continue to be posted at this size for the reasons already mentioned and [b] I can't control whether they have no shirt or whether they wear eskimo outfits on stage... thanks for your constructive feedback Dwight.

Hmmm, OK, I see this is all touchy ground for you. Since I call 'em like I see 'em I won't call yours in the future as you haven't commented on mine anyway, but they are small and the boys don't have shirts and getting irritable won't change that.

I'm not irritable, just stating fact. There's very little constructive coming from you toward my direction. So you shoot different types of bands to what I do perhaps? Would you dream of telling them what to wear? No, it's not our place, so I do the best I can with what I have... if that means no tops, so be it.

I like #3 and 4, but the last seems a bit soft. Might be the sharpening.
