the house photog there, just like you are at Chumash. House lighting pretty much sucks, and I rarely (if ever) use flash and didn't here. If I can talk to the lighting director before the show, I plead for white spotlights for the first three songs. If the band doesn't specifically request otherwise they almost always accommodate. In this case they did, but they also ignored the rest of the band....lol. And he didn't have much expression until later in the set, but I was only allowed three songs (as usual).

Colors look a bit saturated and he doesn't have much expression. I'm curious about the lighting ... it looks almost like you used an off camera flash ... what was the lighting like. IWBNI we has a wide angle of the venue.
