These were taken at a small bar in Fairfax, VA called Fat Tuesdays. I played with a friends Nikkor 17-55mm f/2.8 on instead of my 24-70mm f/2.8. I have to admit that I am getting lazy and using a flash much more often now. I am learning more but my style is suffering, however, not nearly as many shots are lost now lol. :)

Eh....not so happy with the drummer shots...I think I'm loosing my touch boohoo. :(

They look great for flash to me. Did you bounce? Use a modifier?

Thanx for the love and yes I bounced of the ceiling. The ceiling was fairly low (you can probably see it in some of the shots) so I was blessed. I used to use a coffee filter as a diffuser but recently got a "real" LumiQuest 80/20. However, I decided to play "naked" for these and used neither lol. :)~
