Hi
Do you usually use Lens Hood when you shoot live concerts?
Thanks :)
I normally use one, it does help reduce flares, but with concert lighting you are always going to get some now and then. lol.
I use hoods for all my lenses except my 50, which I haven't bought a hood for yet for some reason. Maybe I should.

If I mount the hood on my Tamron and I use the built-in flash, I see the shadow of the hood in the photos :\
I have to buy a flash.. :)
I do :) Helps keep the light where I want it.
Always, and not just at gigs. Wherever you may be, a lens hood stops (most) extraneous light hitting the lens.

I do. I helps reduce ghosting and flair from stage lights directly hitting the front lens element.
