Today Canon officially announced the long awaited Canon 5D Mark II, the replacement for the wildly popular Canon 5D.

I do not yet see any retailers listing the camera, nor do I see any pricing yet. We will see it soon!

According to a knowledgeable poster on Sportsshooter.com, the price for the body alone will be $2,699.
And you left out that it will be able to capture up to 29 minutes of video and will have a microphone jack.
Anyone gonna be unloading their old MK Is?
