Contract for press kit

I need help on a contract , a shoot involving a band , a new band , 10 guys , Hip Hop, they need shots for press kit myspace web etc. .
Has anyone shot a band for a press kit gig , I would like to limit the use of the photos to just web . In the future though I can see problems with the photos getting uncredited down the line ,or even sold to magazines. Examples of the lingo appreciated.

I use Fotobiz 2.0 for this. The program is a little pricey at just under $300 USD. But it really helps with all aspects especialy with Pricing and usage rights.

I've looked it over, but I haven't actually tried it yet. It is something that is on my "to do" list once I get a few more paid gigs.
