Official band photographer

I have been asked by a band that I have been shooting off and on for the past two years to be their official photographer.  Now, I am honored to do this for them.  But I have just been the guy that shoots shots for them that other people don't get, and they use mine (with watermarks and copyright info on them) on their Facebook and Myspace pages.  But now they want me to be with them exclusively.  So the questions are......

  1. How much should I be charging them for going to their shows and shooting shots for them?
  2. I am guessing that I will need a contract of some sort with them.  How should it be worded? Where can I get a copy of something like that?
  3. Should I sell the photo's back to them as a bundle or price them per piece?

These are the little questions that I have.  I know they may seem little to some people, but for a somewhat beginner in the music photography world these are big things to know.
