Great products.. but sadly suffer from some issues.. a couple of serious ones, and annoying, but not so serious.
For photographers based in the US, it's ideal - but for those outside, all the terms and conditions refer to the United States rather than the territory you're in. There are some customisable options for region, but even when choosing United Kingdom, the terms and conditions still refer to America.
There is apparently a bug in FileMaker, which is the database engine behind the product - that for unknown reasons, the currency is not always reflected by the region settings in Windows as it should be. On a UK system, invoices and quotes should show the £ symbol, but still revert to $.
There is a major issue with the importing of certain JPG's - this isn't the fault of the fotoBiz product however, but appears to be Quicktime codec related. Some JPG's just will not import, while others will.. These 'faulty' JPG's can open in anything, except Quicktime Pictureviewer, which reports an unsupported file format - even though it's just a standard 8-bit JPG saved (with or without colour profile) from Photoshop.
Hopefully these issues will get ironed out, because it's the only product I know of like this and could be REALLY useful to photographers worldwide!
