Biography

I was born in Little Rock and attended the University of Arkansas. I started out wanting to become a writer, because a big part of me is telling stories. I'm fascinated with the art of it all, drawing thought and moving people to feel this way and that, bad or good... anything. When I picked up a camera, it was originally to accompany my writing... but I soon realized that photography could encompass everything I was saying. Now, I'm proud to say I've worked for several organizations, shot several weddings and won awards for the work that seems to come naturally to me. I maintain a personal fascination with photography and I feel it has become a part of who I am. I'm finally at the point where people mention "great photos" and my name in the same sentence. There's nothing better.
