Biography

Originally, I was a nurse, but got fed up with healthcare. I returned to school, got my degree in computer science, and have been working as a software developer for about 6 yrs. now. Music has always been a passion of mine, especially live music, and I've always enjoyed photography as a hobby, but I only started putting the two together a little over a year ago. Once I started shooting concerts, I was hooked. After teaching myself everything I could with a point-n-shoot, I started looking for ways to get my Rebel into shows. A chance friendship led to several photo passes and I used those opportunities not only to learn as much as I could, but to start networking with others in the business. Now, I'm at that point where I'm trying to learn how the business works and how to make a few bucks at it. That's how I found this site, and it has already taught me a great deal.
